I'm a UX designer with experience in fashion, interior design, and visual design.
My background in interior design and visual merchandising provides a creative foundation, while my experience in upper management at a retail store allows me to focus on including everyone so their voices are heard, solving problems quickly to increase efficiency, and balancing the needs of customers with those of the business.
I love helping startups and nonprofits understand their customers, improve the usability of their websites and applications, and increase conversions and revenue.

Leadership and management
From 2016-2019, I was in a retail management position at a flagship store in downtown Chicago where I led a team of associates to increase sales and customer engagement.
Freelance design and research projects
Since finishing the User Experience Intensive at General Assembly in early 2020, I have continued to work on website and mobile app freelance projects for various clients.
Teaching and people management
I spent three 12-week cohorts as an instructional associate at General Assembly, where I managed students and gave lessons on user experience, design, and accessibility.
